In this project, We are going to develop an app which is similar as 28Hse with a backend system which can assist agent to manage their data. There is two types of user in this app whjch is customer and agent. For the customer part, the app can let them browse the property information and upload the preliminary information of the property. And the agent part, they can also browse the property information. But the difference is the agent can add details to the preliminary property profile just created by the customer and approve whether the real estate meets the specifications.
After our research, our clients are using a backend system called CNP to help them manage real estate and owner data. Since the system has been in development for a while. So most of the interface and operation process are quite simple and not very user firendly. So next we interview the two main users to help us understand their needs and how they really want the whole system to operate.
Max is a manager of regent property who cares about his team performance. Also, he always thinks about the permission of the system. It is because he worried about his team will overreach the system permission.
Vincent is a broker from regent property. He is a competitive person. He always wants a way to expand his performance. Also, He believes that recruiting guests on the street is too ineffective. He thinks If customers come to the office in person, there is a chance to reduce their desire to sell or buy the property.
Pain Point 1:
The current system that the client using is missing a function for a manager to manage their own team.
Pain Point 2:
Now they want to expand their performance. But they believe that recruiting guests on the street is too ineffective.
Pain Point 3:
Manager level staff will worry about his own team will overreach the permission of the system. Because most of the trade needs to hand over lots of paper and get the manager approvement.
Pain Point 1 Solution:
We need to add a function in backend system for manager can review and track on his own team performance
Pain Point 2 Solution:
We can develop an app which let customer upload and browse the property by themselves. If they get interested on it, they can contact broker to get more detail. This will make the performance better than recruiting guests on the street.
Pain Point 3 Solution:
In the backend system needs to separate three permission which contain broker, manager and admin. Broker will get the lowest permission they can use the general function such as review the customer and property data. For the manager part, they can review their own team performance and approve the trading paper work. Admin can use all function including the permission setting.
Users only need to enter the home page to see all real estate
No need to go out to view real estate information. At home, you can also choose your favorite real estate
